Shout out to Debbie, she helped me out with my order and she was a huge help! I love this Pizza Hut location and I’ve gotten delivery orders from them a couple times now. The food is good, hot, and the order is accurate. Just be mindful to include those dipping sauces 😉 Appreciate you guys so much!

I ordered a pizza for delivery one night right. They used doordash to deliver it. Doordash picked it up, but The pizza never was.delivered. I spoke with the Pizza Hut manager the next day and she was extremely helpful. She addressed the situation and made sure I was happy as a customer. Thank you so much !

Asked for extra cheese and one of the slices has no cheese. I also paid for extra pepperoni, I did not get it. Very disappointed!

I came in around 11:30 a.m. to pick up an online carryout order. The manager told me she would be right with me, but another employee ended up helping me instead. She appeared to be new and asked if I was picking up an order for Chris. I told her no and gave her my name. After checking, she informed me that they would have to remake my order and that it would take about 10 minutes because she had accidentally given my order to another customer. Unfortunately, I was on a 30-minute lunch break and had already spent about 10 minutes driving there and waiting, so I told her I wanted a refund instead. The manager then helped process the refund. During the conversation, the manager asked the employee if she had verified that my order was ready. The employee again stated that she had given my order to another customer—not DoorDash, but another customer. The manager asked if I wanted the order remade, but I declined and requested the refund. I'm frustrated that this happened. How do you hand an order to someone without even checking the customer's name, let alone verifying it? If we had happened to share the same first name, checking the last name would have made all the difference.

Arrived at Pizza Hut to pick up my order. Upon arrival, no one was in the front. A gentleman comes from the back and says please give us one moment we will be right with you. Waited almost 10 minutes before Alicia Mason comes from the back. She immediately starts to help another female customer. I informed her ma’am this gentleman was here first, and then I was second and then this customer came in after me. After informing her of this, she did not say anything she put her head down and continued to help the female customer that came in after me. This was poor customer service that I received from her and more training needs to be provided. When asked for corporates number, she informed me that she’s going to go to the back and get the number. When she returns, she stated that she spoke with the store manager Stephanie and Stephanie informed her that there is no corporate office number and that everything must be filled out online. Form definitely filled out. Will not be doing business here again.
